On the way to say “I Do”

By Marian Jacob
In the olden days, aisle runners were used in practical way, to provide a clean entrance for the bride (avoid outside dirt and mud), others even used it as a superstition to ward off evil spirits. So whether it holds a special meaning for you or not, these aisle runners add a unique touch to the wedding ceremony. Those few moments from when the bride starts walking down the aisle to when she meets her groom are so special and deserve that extra touch.
Aisle runners can be personalized; a monogram of the couple’s initials, a special personal message, a written letter or even the story from when they met to when they say “I Do”. Of course these runners will make everyone say “awwwww”, but these are also a great decor item to feature in the ceremony photos.
