Exhibitor FAQ

Parking? City parking is first come first serve.  We do not recommend parking in the back lot.  Security is very strict during public events creating long lines. There are very few spaces.

How can I be listed on the Bridal Extravaganza Show web site? Our site is reciprocal, simply list us on yours.

How do I have my video included on the Bridal Extravaganza Show web site? Take advantage of our Interactive Promotional Package.  Your video will play on the fashion show stage and entertain brides while they wait for the show to begin.

Bridal Extravaganza,

Your staff is incredible!  Very well run show again this year.

As an example of over-delivery of your staff, there was some booth sharing going on at booth 309 with a “bridal boot camp.” I’m not opposed to having competitors of mine at the show… as long as they buy a booth like I do every year.

When I told your staff about the booth sharing they were quick to resolve the situation and then monitored as the group would pop up now and then on Saturday with fliers, which were quickly taken away and disposed of.

So thanks for protecting my investment.  I will continue to be a part of the show.  We had our best show yet in terms of lead generation.  I think having the labels helped quite a bit. (Free labels for brides)

When compared to other bridal events, we offer the best value.  Our price per bride is less than 25 cents.

Booths are 8×8 and range from $1370 – $20,000.  Most firms spend $1500.

We Need Fashion Show Prizes!


It has been a Bridal Extravaganza Show tradition to award prizes at the end of each fashion show.  Certificates are thrown into the audience, and the brides who catch them redeem their prize at the participating vendor’s booth during the show.  DRIVE MORE TRAFFIC TO YOUR BOOTH!

The Show was very successful for us, thanks!   We had a ton of bookings…which we both know is great and rare for a videographer.  Last time we had double booth right in the center of the room and worked well for our giant faux brick wall with LCD’s on it.  Since our business is growing fast, I’d love to take it up a notch this time if that’s ok with you.  I’d love to use our same brick wall since it was a big hit with the attendees last January, but I’d really love it if we could get it on the center red carpet aisle positioned either middle or west side of the room.  Just let me know what you think!  Can’t wait to work with you again!!!
